Clothes for Straight Body Types
Tips:

1. If you have a smaller bust, ruffles (or other similar details) can help create more volume.
2. Use looser/wider clothes on top and bottom to create volume and then cinch it in with a belt to create an hourglass figure.
3. Oversized shirts will not look overly frumpy but will instead help to balance out your body if you are particularly skinny bottom half.

Skinny Jeans 101: Part 3

Skinny Jeans 101: Part 3
These looks are with the kinds of jeans that can sometimes be a little harder to dress.

With the white jeans I went for a dressier look with a black, sleeveless blouse. For a shoe, to make the outfit 'pop' I went for leopard print. To finish off the look, one could add gold accessories.

With the red jeans, I went for a more casual look. I went for a tee that had a scoop neck and a bib pattern to it. I added a pair of great faux-jazz-like shoes. I might add a cute pendant necklace to this outfit.

The third pair of jeans are the light-wash distressed jeans. I went for a preppy but comfortable style with a bat-wing type, grey and white shirt. I finished the look off with a pair of navy blue toms. I would probably add some funky bracelets, a belt and a cross-body purse to finish this look off.

Skinny Jeans 101: Part 2
These are with jeans that are a little wilder and edgier.

With the striped jeans, to avoid too much pattern clash I went with a solid, dark purple, loose top. To keep it casual I added a 'pop' pear of turquoise converses.

With the leopard skinnies, I first went for a more jewel-toned colour such as red to compliment them. I chose this particular blouse because it was sheer and follows the bib neckline that's starting to become the rage. To finish off I added a pair of awesome black ankle booties. I'd get a cropped white jacket to throw over this look.

For the floral jeans, I decided to go for a more artsy style. I took a blue, drop-waist blouse to pair and added a pair of classic, brown jazz shoes. I'd probably add a coral bib necklace and a blazer to really make this outfit mine.

These are more casual looks.

With the classic blue jeans, I went for more of a girly vibe. I paired a loose, floral tank top with a warm cream cardigan and pair of brown moccasins. To make this outfit mine I'd definitely add a belt and probably some wooden bangles.

In the second look with the black skinnies, I paired it with a fierce, off-the-shoulder red top. If you're a combat boots fan, this is the outfit for you. I would definitely rock a faux-fur, faux-leather biker jacket over this outfit.

In the third look with the grey skinnies, I went back to the country. I paired it with a classic plaid shirt and, to keep it casual but give it a little extra oomph, I pared it with a pair of green converses. I'd probably throw on a sleeveless vest over top to really make this look mine.
